Amnesty is coming!

Showdown in the House:

We are fast approaching a “showdown” between the American People and the internationalists. This is the final battle for the sovereignty of America.

Guest worker programs and illegal alien amnesties are on the table and conditions in Washington have taken a turn for the worst and we will lose this battle unless we act soon.

The final battle will occur in Washington in the House of Representatives.

A guest worker amnesty is going to come out of the Senate. This is a fact. So don’t waste allot of energy there. While we focus on stopping Senator Specter’s Bill, it is going to be McCain/Kennedy that prevails.

It’s always good to participate with FAIR and Numbers USA; sending e-mails faxes, making phone calls; please help out. In reality no matter what you do on a grassroots level; the Senate will pass a guest worker amnesty.

Don’t get too worked up over the fact that the Senate is slower to come around than the House. This is by design.

Our Founding Father’s fashioned the Senate in essence, like a “House of Lords”. The Senate by design is elected every six years and is slow to respond to the “will” of the people. This is part of an elaborate scheme of checks and balances in order to avoid a pure democracy; the “tyranny of the majority”.

The House of Representatives on the other hand is the “People’s House”. In a sense acting like a “House of Commons”, its members are held accountable to the People and are subject to election every two years. This provides the people with an essential counterpoise within the Legislative branch as well as a check upon the powers of the two other branches; the Executive; and the Judicial.

It is NOW that we must crank up the heat on the House. It’s time for you to get your friends and your neighbors to help too. The stakes are too high! We cannot lose our country.

The Public Relations Assault Has Begun:

Karl Rove has been working in concert international big business and Mexico to “condition the battlefield” for the final fight for America.

Though we are infinitely happy for the parents of Los Angles County Deputy Sheriff David March; it is not coincidence that the arrest of his murderer, Armando Garcia comes just days before a Mexican Government delegation arrives in Washington to lobby our legislators.

It is not coincidence that we see the reappearance of Ray Haynes and the California Border Police Initiative. Follow the money. We did.

There is a definite RNC connection to the California Border Police Initiative through Gillard, Blanning, Wysocki & Associates. GBWAs’ web of connections reaches as far as the White House. We were appalled to learn that GBWA alone sucked almost $194,000.00 of the $405,000.00 spent so far.

Don't get us wrong. The concept of the California Border Police is great, but the wrong people are handling this. . The RNC and GBWA have direct control over who gets co-chairmanships and is using the initiative (at our expense) for the political gain of its clients to include the California Republican Party, John Campbell and Ray Haynes.

We've been expecting Haynes to "rear up" at this critical moment to pull our attention, efforts and financial resources away from the battle.

The California Border Police Initiative cannot work without expedited summary removal. It can't work, period! HR 4437 actually undermines expedited removal. So while we work to preserve HR 4437 and at the same time the California Border Police Initiative... we are tearing ourselves apart!

It is not a coincidence that the RNC and select fundraisers have met behind close doors last week; to throw their support behind John McCain in his bid for the Presidency.

It is not a coincidence that this occurred as McCain kicks off his tour to promote his McCain/Kennedy Amnesty Bill. This will be his “gift” from the RNC at the expense of all Americans.

Listen to President Bush! He does not parse his words. You will NOT get border protection without a guest worker amnesty. Not now; not ever!

Consider The Following:

1. In a visit to Tucson, Arizona, President Bush (paraphrased) said that the proponents of tougher border security will not achieve this goal without a “guest worker” program.

2. The RNC has endorsed the President’s guest worker amnesty. This makes those party members who strongly oppose this position at odds with their party. They could be considered “rogue: members and subject to sanctions to include the loss of Party campaign financing. Look for Tom Tancredo to lose his “Party” money and support to the pro-Bush/amnesty Republican challenger, Juan Botero, (served in the Columbian Army, Drug connection, a ‘Jackpot” baby? ) to receive party support in the primary.

3. The supposed “border protection” bill (HR4437) is wholly insufficient to solve our border crises. It is not only devoid of many necessary provisions but is also very incremental.
Many of the provisions will not be in effect until 2011;
ten years after 9-11!

4. The Senate is poised to attach a guest worker amnesty to the supposed “border protection” bill (HR4437). This will happen within days or weeks. It will be carried by “centrist” Republicans and Democrats (only 6 Republican votes will be necessary for passage). This will be returned to the House where it will go into secret conference committee negotiations away from public scrutiny.

5. The House Leadership is now controlled by the most cynical and craven of special interests led by the new Majority Leader; the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s John Boehner of Ohio. The House leadership will now allow a guest worker amnesty to reach the House Floor where it will be easy to get a few “centrist” Republicans and the Democrats (only 15 Republican votes will be needed) to make up the necessary 217 votes to ensure passage.

6. Karl Rove (the “Architect”) has designed his plan so that most Republicans in the House will be “permitted” to vote against the amnesty guest worker and let the Democrats take the heat yet the Party can take overall credit to attract the supposed Latino vote. This is Karl’s fantasy.

We Can Do It:

By our Founding Father’s design, We the People must strongly and immediately focus most of our attention on the House of Representatives. We need to crank up the “heat” on our Congressmen.

To be most effective, our “heat” must be applied from a grassroots level in our home districts where local media attention directly translates into votes. This puts the “spotlight” where it belongs; on our Congressman. You know “roaches” hate the light.

Hold your Congressman accountable. Insists he or she strongly and vocally oppose any attempt to pass an amnesty guest worker program. Remember, it was a majority of Republican congressmen who turned over the Leadership position to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce! Silence is consent.

We have many grass roots “minutemen” type groups forming around the country. If they were to focus all of their passion, anger and energy on their Congressmen; they would defeat the “Enemies Within”.

This is what “Extreme Sacrifice” 24 hour protest (see link below) is all about. This is a way, from our perspective, that demonstrates our extreme anger at our Congressman for allowing the illegal alien invasion to continue and the plans to pass an amnesty.

Consider what we have done and use your own creativity in communicating your displeasure to your Congressman.
