I don't need to tell you what's coming. You already know it, you can smell it or at least you have an idea. But trust me, it is going to be way worst that you can imagine.
Just 10 years ago I emigrated from a socialist Country, where the Bill of Rights does not exist and the God given right to keep and bear arms belongs only to the Mafia and to the government elite, that are pretty much the same. I am gratefully an American now, and when I became Citizen I took an oath to defend and protect this Republic and this Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Finally it's my time and my honor to uphold this oath and now it's the time that every patriotic American in our County and Country will be ready to their part.
My question is: what are you going to do if the new Marxist President Barack Hussein Obama and this communist legislature under the control of the Private Federal Reserve will create unconstitutional laws that will "try" to deny your Second Amendment Right?

I would like to share with you 3 practical solutions that all together we can pursue, and doing so we will send a powerful message to that sewer pipe of Washington D.C.:

Point #1) "Know your rights or you have no rights".
First weapon we have to use in this battle for our Republic and for our Inalienable rights is knowledge. Knowledge is power. Please print these supreme court cases, and be ready to hand them to all our peace officers, law enforcement, public servants in our community, starting from the Sheriff and his deputies:
They have NOT to follow orders that are against our Constitution.
The same Constitution that they swore to defend.

In Marbury vs. Madison (5 U.S. 2 CRANCH 137, 174, 176, I803), "all laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void."

"An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no right; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed." Norton vs Shelby County \ 18 US 425 p.442

In Reid vs. Covert, 354 U.S. 1, 1956, the U.S. Supreme Court said, "This court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty."

Point #2) Sheriff Powers and Jurisdiction
The Constitution specifically authorizes federal enforcement of only three types of laws, all of which involve uniquely federal concerns. The first is based on the congressional power "To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States.'' The second congressional criminal power is "To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations.'' The third is, "Congress shall have Power to declare Punishment of Treason.''
While the body of the Constitution grants only narrow criminal powers to the federal government, the Bill of Rights, in the Tenth Amendment, specifically reserves to the states all powers not granted to the federal government. Translated in simple words, the Sheriff can kick out of our County any federal agency that comes to harass the Citizens of our community with UNCOSTITUTIONAL "wanna be" laws.
With the historical case Mack/Printz v USA, the U S Supreme Court declared that the states or their political subdivisions, "are not subject to federal direction." The sheriffs sued the USA (Clinton adm.) for the Brady anti second amendment law and they won a major landmark case in favor of States' Rights and local autonomy. So, this is what we can do now… CONTACT our Sheriff and show him our support because we appreciate his commitment in defending the sovereignty of Mohave County against any fascistic socialist unconstitutional piece of garbage legislation that Lord Obama and his minions will try to shove in our throat.

Point # 3) Arizona Constitution Article 16 Section 1 -
Composition of militia
The militia is divided into the national guard of Arizona, the state guard when organized, and the unorganized militia. [Section 122 (A)].
This section mentions the "unorganized militia." That term is defined in paragraph (E) of the same section:
The unorganized militia consists of members of the militia not members of the national guard or state guard when organized.
Pursuant to this section, anyone who meets the qualifications of section 121 who is not a member of the national or state guard is a member of the unorganized militia.
Do I need to say more? Get your family together, get your neighbor, get your friends and create your local neighborhood Unorganized Militia!
Do they want our guns? Come and get them Bastards!
Remember, our Founders gave everything they had for our Freedom… once we let it steal it from us, we will lose it forever.
We owe it to them, we owe it to ourselves, we owe it to our next generation.
